You can prepare your booth on Sunday November 10 between 15.00 and 17.00 hrs. In case this is not possible, the alternative is on Monday morning November 11 between 07.15 and 08.00 hrs. Your booth has to be ready at 08.00 hrs at the latest, because we expect the participants at that moment.
You can start taking down the booth after the conference program on Tuesday November 12 at 17.00 hrs, after the last drinks. It is not allowed to take down the booth earlier than that.
