Photo of table and cube that will be branded & placed in your booth space. Bronze sponsors only will have the branded cube.

Building Up & Taking Down

You can prepare your booth on Wednesday December 1 between 15.00 and 17.00 hrs. In case this is not possible, the alternative is on Thursday morning December 2 between 07.15 and 08.00 hrs. Your booth has to be ready at 08.00 hrs at the latest, because we expect the participants at that moment.

You can start taking down the booth after the conference program on Friday December 3 at 17.00 hrs, after the last drinks. It is not allowed to take down the booth earlier than that.

Please read the instructions for a smooth arrival at the conference location.

Registration

Please register each sponsor representative by filling in the form below.

We will send one invoice for the total number of hotel rooms booked by representatives.
